steve thompson, m.d.
Graduated from University of Arizona with a degree in biochemistry and a masters in physiology. Attended New York Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Naval Hospital San Diego. Over the past 20 years Dr. Thompson has augmented his formal medical training with several non-traditional modalities. He has a strong belief in the power of meditation and the influence it has on overall health. Additionally, he firmly believes in the importance of preventative medicine to prevent disease and pre-mature aging. Dr. Thompson joined Herzog Vitality Center in 2018 and is a strong proponent of the treatment protocols.
jonathan herzog
Jonathan Herzog has been in the medical marketing industry for the past 7 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Brigham Young University majoring in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He then went on to receive his MBA from Southern Methodist University continuing his love for Marketing and Finance. Recently, Jonathan took over business operations for Dr Herzog’s NUAGE MedSpa and renamed it Herzog Vitality Center. Jonathan feels very fortunate to continue giving patients vitality and better quality of life. Jonathan loves going on Saturday drives with his brothers and enjoying family brunches on Sunday.

Stephanie Clevenger is a certified medical assistant as well as a licensed phlebotomist. She attended Platte college and graduated in 2009, she continued her education at Brookhaven community college to obtain her phlebotomy license, graduating in 2016. She has always had a passion for the medical field and has been gifted with an extremely steady hand and the ability to make lite of stressful situations. She is a hardworking, fun-loving mom of two amazing boys and her favorite color is green.
ramona weiss, N.P.
Ramona Weiss is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. She has experience in many areas of nursing and gave excellent care to her many patients while with the Baylor Healthcare system for 15 years. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she joined Dr. Herzog and set up a weight loss program as well as assisting Dr. Herzog in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. The rest is history as she, along with the rest of the staff continue Dr. Herzog’s legacy to build lasting relationships with patients and helping them live a full and revitalized life feeling their best through Hormone therapy. Ramona, a loving mother of two, enjoys her family trips to the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
Kimberly Doney
Lori Secerovic, N.P.
Lori Secerovic is a family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of experience. Lori has always been passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Prior to joining the team, she spent 14 years as an ICU nurse, including 12 years at the University of Chicago Medical Center, and a year as an urgent care nurse practitioner in the Dallas area. She also has five years experience in dermatology and estheticists. Lori holds a bachelor of science in nursing from North Alabama and a master of science in nursing from Bradley University in Illinois. A native Floridian, Lori is an avid tennis player who began playing at age three and went on to compete in college, playing four years on a full tennis scholarship. She and her husband have three children and two dogs. Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as, visiting the beach and traveling.
