vitality of the mind
it's time to live your best life
Adapting to change can be challenging and overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating a change in career, a clinical diagnosis such as depression or anxiety, a breakup, grieving a loss, entering a new relationship, becoming a parent, aging, or recovering from a traumatic event, adjusting to these pivotal life changes can leave you confused and feeling stuck. You are not alone. Together we can explore a tailored approach to what you are going through and arrive at solutions that work for you.
Dating, Relationship & Pre-Marital Counseling
Are you in the early stages of a new relationship, dating, or newly married? It may be helpful to start exploring and understanding needs, expectations, conflict and communication styles, and establishing healthy boundaries. Whether you’re transitioning from “just dating” to “something serious,” or single to married, it is helpful to give yourself and your partner the space to adjust and cohesively design your lives together.
Chances are, one or both of you have past romantic experiences that taught you what you want, and what you don’t want, in a long-term partnership. Those experiences deserve processing and recognizing what helps your current relationship grow, and where a boundary may be needed.
Marital, Infidelity Recovery, & Last-Ditch Marriage Counseling
Have you and your partner spent some real life together? Maybe you’ve experienced career changes, faced making important financial decisions, made a big move, or struggled to find balance in shared responsibilities with kids and schedules. It could be a great time to process it all together, to make note of what you have accomplished and where you still want to go.
If you think you’ve mishandled prioritizing time together, or even faced infidelity and betrayal in your relationship, it is never too late to try and repair your connection.
